Our Investment for the Future
Our Başköy Regulator and Hydroelectric Power Plant (HPP) Project under KC Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. is currently under construction in the Başköy area of Araç district, Kastamonu province, on a tributary of the Araç Stream.
The installed capacity of our facility is 4.25 MW, and once completed, it is aimed to generate 12 GWh of electrical energy.
By utilizing the potential energy of water, the clean energy to be produced will also contribute to reducing carbon emissions during the operation period.
Our facility will be a source of employment for many people during both the installation and operation phases. The installation will be carried out with 5 partner companies and more than 100 employees, and during the operation period it will provide permanent employment for 10 staff members.
